You need to book your accommodation through the Conference registration system to attract the rates listed below.
If the system shows there is no availability on your required dates, please contact us. It may be that one of your selected dates is not available and we can investigate this by contacting the hotel for you.
We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.
Within 30 days of the conference you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.
All rates are per room, per night.

The online registration form allows you to book available rooms. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Changes and Cancellations
Within 30 days of the conference, 100% cancellation fees apply to any cancellations made, including date changes and amendments.
No shows will incur 100% cancellation fees.

Accommodation and incidental expenses can be settled using a credit card when you check out or your accommodation can be pre-paid. You can elect a payment option when you book during the online registration process.
Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.
Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.
You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
